Walk & Talk Therapy

Nature Walk and Talk therapy engages with nature drawing positive benefits to help people struggling with anxiety, depression transitions, relational issues, and more. We will go to public sidewalks, parks, greenways, and lakes and use nature as a co-therapist. An additional consent form is necessary before we get started. Although I cannot guarantee confidentiality, as we do in traditional therapy, we will discuss how to manage these concerns as they arise. All the details will be discussed before going on a Nature Walk.
